For all programs and birthday parties, make cheque payable to DASH Sports Inc.
(DASH accepts cheque or cash only)
Note: If the timeslot you request is not available, DASH will contact you to try and accomodate your child in another program. If you are unable to download a registration form, email us at admin@dashsports.ca and we will send you a package via email.
All MILTON/GEORGETOWN/ACTON program registrations (with the exception of outdoor KIK Soccer) are done directly through the Town of Milton and the Town of Halton Hills.

REFUND POLICY FOR OAKVILLE/BURLINGTON/HAMILTON:
Refunds (less a $40 admin fee) apply only when cancellation is rec’d in writing 4 weeks prior to the commencement of any program.
After this date NO refund or credit will be issued.
No refunds or credits available for KIK soccer.
Make-up classes are not offered for any programs.
DASH reserves the right to cancel classes without makeup due to poor weather conditions.
DASH reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment.
If cancellation of programs occurs all payments will be refunded.
